Overview

Emma (my sister) and I decided we'd like to road trip the USA years ago after binge watching a couple of Supernatural seasons. It wasn't until the summer of 2015 that we decided we were actually going to do this. We originally planned to take a month to do a loop of the entirety of the U.S. We planned to start in New York, reach San Fransisco half way through our trip and then loop back to New York via Florida. A quick view on google maps and we realised that the U.S is a whole lot bigger than we imagined!

January 2016 we booked our return plane tickets out to JFK, our journey would begin on the 12th July and finish on the 12th August. In between those dates we'd visit 10 states, stay in 6 AirBnBs, sleep in 9 Motel 6's, drive 3 different cars and take a total of 1348 photos.

The above photo gives you a brief idea of the trip we took, roughly 1800miles from New York to Miami and then a further 1300 miles back up the coast.
